We refund all full priced items.
Items must be posted in the mail within 20 days of receiving your order. Any items posted after this timeframe may be denied by us.
We asked items be returned in their original condition including tags, bags and hygiene liners intact..
Once we have received your returned package, all returned items will be inspected before a refund or return.
Please note: Items marked as “Final Sale” may not be returned or exchanged. We reserved the rights to accept any product on final sale.
Camila Swimwear reserves the right to deny a return if items are returned used, washed,worn or damaged in any way or have any form of excessive hair, perfumes or scents on the fabric. The items will be returned to sender.
You will be notified via email if your returned item is not suitable for a refund.
Please allow 3 to 6 business days for a refund to be processed after we have receive by the team. If we receive your item during holidays period please allow us 7 to 10 business days.
Unfortunately, original shipping charges are non-refundable.
You will be notified once the transaction has been processed via the email address that the order was placed with. Refunds will be issued to the credit card or paypal account used at checkout. If the card no longer is available to receive the refund, we can send you a store credit for purchasing another swimsuit.
If your items does not fit. Please sends us an email email@example.com and let us know to confirm that we still have the item in stock. In case that we do not have the item in stock It is possible to change the model and size.
Please note that cost runs at your own expenses since we do not cover any returns. Camila Swimwear will not receive items that are lost in transit. We advised using a trackable shipping service or purchasing a shipping insurance.
